Key Worker System

A Key Worker will be dedicated to your child to encourage, support and develop their skills. The Key Worker has the experience to monitor your child’s development and will communicate with you on a regular basis. The Key Worker system allows you as the parent to build a relationship with a familiar face and gives you the confidence that your child is receiving some consistency throughout their time at our nursery, and ensures that every child enjoys the individual attention they need in order to develop fully.
